Precision Rotary/Check Valve Dispensing Pumps

The HiPar style Dispensing Pumps have been designed for, pharmaceutical, medical device, and technical industries. These pumps are ideally suited for low to high-viscosity applications that require dispensing of 0.2 ml - 1.1 L per shot.

  • Pneumatic Plunger Pump provides extremely high dispensing accuracies, typically +/-1/2% or better. 

  • Modular design makes it easy to integrate with automated filling equipment.

  • Precise dispense volume adjustment and speed control via built-in flow controls and precision volume adjustments.

  • Servo motor-driven models are in development, consult HiPar for details.

  • All the parts are 316 stainless steel, PEEK, or PTFE (Teflon).

  • Short lead times, typically five weeks.

  • A number of different seal materials are available to ensure product compatibility. 

  • Usable for anything from water, lotions, creams, or paste.

  • Robust design provides reliable and extended life.

  • Very chemically resistant with a High-temperature range​

  • Integrated rotary/check valves handle fluids with viscosities up to 200,000 cps. containing no solids.

  • Easy to assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain.

  • A wide range of fill nozzles and accessories are available to suit specific applications.
