What is the range of Fill Volumes?

We currently have pumps designed to fill from 0.2ml to 1.1 liters. If your fill range is outside of this we would need to develop another pump which would take an additional 4 weeks.

Is this compatible with my product?

We have chosen materials that are highly chemically resistant. If you send us a Safety Data Sheet (SDS) we can check chemical compatibility.

What if the viscosity of my product changes?

We have designed the pumps with the ability to fill an extensive range of viscosities, if you would like to send a sample of the product to be tested please send an SDS and we will propose a testing method.

What are the lead times?

The lead time for the pumps is about five weeks.

What is your return policy?

There will be a restocking fee, and depending on the product that fee will vary. Please contact us with specifics.
